401(k) Retirement Plan

At Kingsbury, we believe planning for the future is just as important as succeeding today. Our 401(k)-retirement plan which includes our company matching a percentage of your contributions upon hire, with full vesting after 3 years of service. Contributions are made conveniently through pre-tax and regular payroll deductions, making it easy to invest consistently and confidently in your long-term financial security.

Kingsbury provides $35,000 in basic life insurance to all eligible employees, regardless of their enrollment in our medical plans. Employees also have the option to elect additional life insurance to provide for their loved ones that depend on their income for support.
