Kingsbury Announces New Manufacturing Facility in Oshkosh, Wisconsin
“This is an important step forward for our company, it represents not only growth, but a continued investment in our people, our capabilities, and the communities where we operate.” Eve Clulow, Kingsbury Board Chair.
Expansion will increase capacity, streamline operations, and support long-term growth
Oshkosh, WI – Kingsbury, Inc. has announced plans to build a new manufacturing facility in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, marking a major investment in the company’s future growth and its continued commitment to U.S. manufacturing.
The new 120,000-square-foot facility will be built on a 34-acre site in the Southwest Industrial Park, located approximately five miles from the company’s existing Oshkosh operations. The project will consolidate multiple facilities, including a separate warehouse, into a single, more efficient and modern manufacturing footprint.
“This is a historic and exciting milestone for Kingsbury and our employees,” said Michael Brawley, President and CEO (pictured right). “This investment strengthens our ability to serve customers, improves how we operate, and positions us for long-term growth.”
The project reflects more than two years of planning and collaboration across the organization. In September 2025, Kingsbury’s Board of Directors and the Kingsbury Family approved the land purchase and construction budget. The Oshkosh Common Council approved the land acquisition on October 14, 2025.
The new facility is designed to improve workflow, increase production efficiency, and support future expansion. It will include modern manufacturing space, a two-story office area, and specialized infrastructure to support Kingsbury’s precision bearing operations.
“This is an important step forward for our company,” said Eve Clulow (pictured right). “It represents not only growth, but a continued investment in our people, our capabilities, and the communities where we operate.”
Groundbreaking occurred in June 2026, with operations expected to begin in spring 2027. Kingsbury is working closely with its construction and financial partners to keep the project on schedule.
The expansion reinforces Kingsbury’s longstanding presence in Oshkosh and builds on its role as a key manufacturing hub for the company. The new facility is expected to support workforce growth over time, strengthening Kingsbury’s team in the region and contributing to the local manufacturing economy.

“What excites me most is that the facility is being designed around the way we want to work in the future, not the limitations of our current footprint. The layout will bring people, processes, and resources together more effectively, creating better collaboration between manufacturing, engineering, operations, and support functions. The facility is designed to provide room to grow while creating a more efficient and connected work environment. ” Sean O’Hara – CFO, Kingsbury, Inc.
