KINGSBURY, INC. SIGNS RTS CORP FOR SELECTED TERRITORIES

Philadelphia, PA, November 14, 2000 - Kingsbury, Inc. has announced an agreement with RTS Corporation, Trumbull, CT, to represent the company at OEM customers in selected northeastern states. The agreement is intended to provide supplemental sales and technical support for Kingsbury's valued customers in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania and Ohio. Michael J. Brawley, Kingsbury's Manager of Domestic Sales, made the announcement in August 2000, saying "RTS will enhance our direct sales effort throughout the region, providing our customers with even greater access to Kingsbury's fluid-film bearing design, product, and service capabilities. RTS Corporation's president, Dennis Rottuno, is a veteran of over thirty years in the turbomachinery industry. In addition to Dennis, his sons Dennis Jr. and Jason will provide application engineering and sales responsibility for the Kingsbury accounts.
