KI-DIRECT PROVIDES REAL-TIME DATA ON BEARING ORDERS FOR KINGSBURY'S CUSTOMERS

PHILADELPHIA, PA, April 25, 2001 - Kingsbury, Inc. has introduced a new customer service feature on its website called Ki-Direct. The real-time resource allows Kingsbury's customers to access its corporate server and check the status of new product orders, and equipment repairs processed by the R&S Division. They can also review details related to product delivery by courier. Additionally, customers will find a listing of available inventory that is keyed to their previous orders. Ki-Direct offers data on purchases dating back to January 1, 1999.

"Ki-Direct provides our customers with quick, easy and secured access to data concerning their orders," explained Bill Strecker, Kingsbury's vice president of Sales and Marketing. "It's a useful monitoring tool that can lead to improved project management." With an assigned user identification, password and site number, Kingsbury customers can gain access 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Ki-Direct feature is designed exclusively for Kingsbury's customers.

Customer searches are made easy by Ki-Direct's three sections: new order inquiry, repair order inquiry and inventory inquiry. A review of new or repair orders reveals such data as line item descriptions, order status and corresponding purchase order numbers. Shipping information, including customer due date, promise date and destination code, is also posted. Ki-Direct enables customers to track the ground shipment of their orders via a direct link to the carriers' websites as well.
